Wow! I was looking at some flowers on a tree today thinking “Spring is amazing, I cant wait to see what that means here”. This photo is inspiring and I look forward to a picture with a tree full of blooms. How long before it actually fruits…a year? When I was looking at trees online I found this information depressing and it gave me less motivation to start ordering.

  2. Hillary says:

Wow! That is inspiring, especially coming from the coldest day of the year up hear in NY.

  3. It will be a couple years before we get fruits. Some trees don’t take as long and container trees may fruit sooner. I probably won’t even get a tree full of blooms until next year. I can’t wait either!

But yes it is very inspiring. I keep going outside to ogle it. :)

  4. Denise says:

Oooh, lovely! We’ve got a long wait still for buds and flowers. Last year I literally took a photo every.single.day. of the lilacs as they bloomed. Took AGES. ;) First peek of flower out of those buds? MAY 11. MAY ELEVENTH. :) Sigh. I’ll look at your photos until then!

I love those first signs of a season. Then it seeps into your soul and you ride along.

    Lovely bloom.

  7. Julia says:

Your green today is so pretty. What is better than pink and green?
    Nothing.
    Nice to meet you.
