Yup. Justin’s on it. The job at M Resort has ended and Tuesday was his last day. He’s been on overtime since the job started, with the last few weeks exhausting him at 12 hours a day, every. stinkin. day. To say we are happy he’s off is an understatement. Zeb and I were really missing him.
Oh don’t worry. Don’t you remember his high demand? Yup same scenario this time, except it’s back to his old company sometime next week. He’s finishing up the stray tasks I wimped out on. But mostly he’s catching up on sleep and downtime. Tomorrow he and Zeb are going golfing.
In other news, I’m rekindling my library love. I went yesterday and came home with more books than I can manage to read by the three week due date. But that’s okay. I just finished Made from Scratch: Discovering the Pleasures of a Handmade Life by Jenna Woginrich who also blogs here. This was a good book, an easy read yet very inspirational. Makes me wish I could have a “six month plan” instead. Do I really have to stay here for 4 years and 10 months more?
If Justin’s work doesn’t stay steady, yes. One of these days I’ll update ya’ll on how the plan is going. Add it to my ever-growing list of blog drafts.

That’s great to have him around again. Those hours are awful. Golfing with dad sounds like a good treat.
I just rediscovered the library as well. Can’t believe I lived so long without it!
Got any more book recommendations?
Have you read The China Study?
Sayward, I haven’t read The China Study. As for book recommendations, let me know what you’re looking for; I have tons of faves from any genre.
Ahh so nice to have a husband home! I want to read that book, I ran accross it on her blog a few weeks ago, our library doesn’t have it yet, maybe I’ll suggest it to them.
