Every have a time when everything seems to be falling apart around you and you can’t keep your head above water?
I have. Plenty of them. I like to think Life throws them my way because I’m so great at it. 😉
This question had been on my mind, so I created a video on what I do to get me back into mySelf so I can handle what comes my way.
There is a time and a place for action…but for me it must come after I feel grounded again. Otherwise my action is disjointed and scattered. And that’s no way to solve anything.
What do I need to feel?
What do I need to experience first?
Then and only then, ask yourself…what do I get to do next?
